This is our Licence Agreement which applies to our web site, our software products and our software updates.
ecopy.com.au cannot accept any responsibility for loss of data or damage (incidental / consequential) to any software or hardware caused as a result of using any of our software products, software updates or our web site. Our software products and software updates should be used for their intended purpose only and require Microsoft(R) Windows TM 95, 98, ME, 2000 OR XP. Our software products and software updates come "as is", with internet based help.
We cannot guarantee that our software products or software updates will work as intended. Decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering, hacking and editing of our software products, software updates or our web site should not be attempted and is strictly prohibited. Our software products and software updates are designed to be user friendly so please experiment, but technical support is available if you need it through the internet (see the support section of the ecopy.com.au webpage).
Freeware Licence Rights
Any software products or software updates labelled as freeware may be used as many times as you like, for as long as you like and may be: copied, backed up, installed / reinstalled on any number of computers or distributed (only in the software product's or software update's entirety) to anyone via any media any number of times. But you must not charge money or fees for the software product or software update to anyone except to cover distribution costs.
Specific User / Unlimited User Licence Rights
The software product of which the single user licence or the unlimited user licence has been obtained for may be used as many times as you like, for as long as you like and may be: copied, backed up or reinstalled on the number of computers you have obtained user licences for and the software product must not be distributed (or any of its components) to anyone via any media.
Language
Our web site, software products and software updates and our e-mail technical support is only available in English (Australian).
Technical Support
Technical Support is exclusively and only available through English language e-mail messages. ecopy.com.au will try to answer any problems or queries you might have within 28 days by a return English e-mail message (see the contacts section of the ecopy.com.au webpage)..
Warranty
The software warranty is unlimited and entitles you to unlimited technical support (via e-mail messages) and software updates via free downloads on the website. The installation and uninstallation software is currently NOT supported because it has been written by a third party.
Agreement
By using our web site, using our software products and/or using our software updates you are automatically agreeing to and show that you have read and understood the terms and conditions contained within our General Licence Agreement. This General Licence Agreement is then effective whilst you use and continue to make use of our web site, our software products and/or our software updates. If you do not agree with our General Licence Agreement you must not use our web site, use our software products or use our software updates. This Licence Agreement is subject to change without notice.
Any company names, logos, mottoes and product names mentioned or shown on our web site, in software products and/or in our software updates may be copyright, trademarked or registered trademarked by their respective owners.
