At my company we are trying to use this tool but it seems hit or miss with the installations. Most of the time when a person clicks the download link nothing happens, no errors, no warnings, nothing. Some users are local administrators of their machines, some aren't. Most users already have the .NET framework installed. Our browsers are configured to use a proxy configuration script. There seems to be no common reason why they fail. Here's a pastebin of my error log: http://pastebin.com/f6e746237

Hi,
The issue is with the "authenticated proxy" that your network uses. There is apparently a hotfix from Microsoft but I haven't tested it yet.
As a workaround (if you have a friendly network admin) try allowing the URL http://www.ecopy.com.au/csmediagallery/ through the proxy without authentication.
Otherwise I'll test it and see if the hotfix works. |
