I was just wondering how I could schedule the ecopy to backup folders at a fixed time everyday.

Hi,
The short answer is use Windows Scheduler.
Drag your ecopy shortcut into your Windows Scheduler window (open this under the Start menu then Control Panel).
Once you have an entry shown in the scheduler, right click and choose properties to customise the schedule.
In your case i'd set Once per day at a certain time (with no repeats).
