I have got to Where do you want to backup to? I click the New Folder box and nothing happens. Why is this??

Hi Vicki,
The New Folder button creates a new folder under the currently folder selected.
Check the folder selected isn't My Computer or Network Places. These are not folders on the computer itself, but virtual folders (don't really exist).
When a virtual folder is highlighted, the New Folder button is disabled.
If you continue to have problems, send mail@ecopy.com.au an email email (please include where you are trying to backup to) or try the `backup a program` option.
