Hi,
I have just purchased a license online ref(miamiph@bigpond.com) and I'm having trouble downloading the license and activating the copy.
I have succesfully registered.
I have succesfully purchased ecopy on the website.
When I press Download License nothing appears to happen( I get the hourglass for about half a second).
and when I press purchase ecopy it takes me back to the ecopy purchase page.
Please help.

Try clearing your existing license and registering again (as you might already have a trial license installed)
Open ecopy
Click Help then About
Hold down the Shift Key (on your keyboard) and Right Click the Image shown (using the Right mouse button)
Choose Yes to clear your registration
Then click Helper and Quick Registration to redo the process.
Note: do not click the Purchase button as repurchasing is not neccessary

I tried your remedy but it is still the same.
I have also tried uninstalling and re downloading and rebooting.
help help
